Elementary Submitting Virtual Entries

Elementary Individual Competitions

These competition details will assist you in completing the Competition Upload Forms for Virtual entries.

The sponsor must complete the Competition Upload Form for each project. A link will be sent after the registration deadline to submit each entry.

The form will require each of the following:

• Sponsor Name

• Sponsor Email

• Club ID

• Choose the competition type from the drop-down menu – Individual

• Choose the competition from the drop-down menu

Prior to uploading the video/photograph(s), name the file with the following:

Individual Competitions:

MemberID_StudentName_SchoolName_Category_Division

Example: 2107912_SuzySmith_AbcMiddle_Speech_JR

Upload a video or photograph of the project in one the following formats: .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .avi, .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff, .gif, .png, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx

• Docu-sign the Verify Entry Statement

• Type the security word in the box below the word

• Click the yellow box to submit the entry

Club or Team Competitions

If your club has an entry in the club or team competitions, the sponsor must complete the Competition Upload Form for each project. A link will be sent after the registration deadline to submit each entry. The form will require each of the following:

• Sponsor Name

• Sponsor Email

• Club ID

• Choose the competition type from the drop-down menu –** Team/Club**

• Choose the competition from the drop-down menu

ClubID_SchoolName_Category_

Example - JCA0202_AbcMiddle_Technology
