Elementary How To Register

Fees

Registration for National Convention covers attendees for the duration of their convention. If you or members of your club will be attending more than one Convention, (both the Elementary and Junior Convention, for example) you will need to register separately for each.

• $50 per attendee (if staying in a National Convention hotel and registering by the deadline date)
• $75 per attendee (if staying in a non-room-block or registering onsite after the deadline date)
• The registration fee for 1 sponsor will be waived for clubs registering at least 5 individuals.
• The registration fee for 2 sponsors will be waived for clubs registering at least 10 individuals.
• Single day passes will be available for purchase onsite only for $25 per guest.
• Day passes will not be available for members participating in competitions.
• Attendees aged 5 and under may attend for free. However, our registration system only permits Beta Night ticket purchases based on the total number of registered attendees. If you have children ages 3-5 who wish to attend Beta Night at Universal Studios Orlando, they must be registered as paid attendees for the National Convention.

At least two weeks prior to the convention deadline date, contact membership@betaclub.org to make any membership additions or changes.

Deadlines

The registration deadline is May 2, 2025. Please note that the cut off time for National Convention Registration and the online testing/ submission window is 5:00 PM EST. This is to ensure that all customer service inquiries regarding convention registration are managed during Beta’s National Office hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Step 1

• Go to National Convention Page
• Click Register from the Menu and Select either Sponsor Registration or Parent Registration Information.
• Enter log-in and password if registering as a Sponsor.
• Review instructions and click Begin Registration if registering as a Parent.

Step 2

• Enter hotel confirmation numbers if staying in an approved room block
• Click on all students and sponsors attending*
• Enter names of all chaperones and guests attending*
• Enter correct phone number and email in case of emergency
• Indicate sponsors or chaperones willing to coordinate or judge
• Provide contact information for any volunteers

Step 3

• Click on the competitions to register your students
• Many competitions require names for verification purposes
• Finalize registration by clicking submit
• Any changes to registration can be made in-person at the convention.
• Competitors may be substituted at the convention

Step 4

Payment made by:

• Credit Card: include school name, club ID and invoice #
• School Check: include school name, club ID and invoice #
• School Authorized PO: include school name, club ID and invoice #

Refund Policy

There will be no refund of registration fees for any reason unless the entire convention is canceled by National Beta.
